Monday to Friday – 7am to 7pm
Drop off between – 7am and 10am
Pick up – Any time before 7pm

For 2 dogs from the same household, we offer a 10% discount. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges for day care will be incurred unless the booking is cancelled within the month before your dog is due to attend. Cancellation charges are the full cost of day care.
- Regular Attendance:
We only offer day care on a regular basis where you have to book in for at least once a week. - Fee system:
We follow a children’s nursery model, so we are never under pressure to fill a space with an unsuitable dog. - Strict entrance criteria:
We only accept social, friendly dogs and if we are not sure about a dog, we have a proven record of just saying ‘no’. - Fully licensed:
By our local council. Doddinghurst is a 5 star licensed doggy day care centre and dog hotel. Harold hill to be licensed once up and running.
We have a 1:10 human to dog ratio to ensure that your dog gets the best care & attention.
Dogs are supervised at all times.
Receive daily updates on how your dog is getting on through photos and videos.
One of our staff at hand will always be dog first aid and CPR trained.
